Product Details

Greenhouse glass must maintain high light transmittance. Excessive haze reduces effective direct sunlight, impacting photosynthesis efficiency.

Irradiation haze distributes light more evenly within the greenhouse, preventing localized glare from burning crops. It also allows the backs of leaves to receive some light, thereby improving light energy efficiency.

Greenhouse glass often utilizes a "low haze +diffused" design (such as ultra-clear diffused glass, which uses special patterns to achieve diffused while maintaining low haze).Tomato and bell pepper growers in Belgium tend to install low-haze diffuse glass

Low Haze Greenhouse Glass Applications

  • Ideal for regions with limited sunlight, such as colder or cloudy areas (e.g., northern latitudes), to ensure maximum light for plant growth
  • Suitable for vegetable growers preferring more direct light; used in greenhouses where growers want to balance diffusion with high light intensity
  • Common in structures needing clear views or natural aesthetics, though primarily for crop production in low-light environments.

PACKAGING

Construct Custom Wooden Crates

Build wooden crates tailored to the exact dimensions of the greenhouse glass panels to ensure a snug fit and minimize movement during transport.

Insert Anti-Mold Paper

Place anti-mold paper between each glass pane to prevent scratches and protect against water damage during transportation.

Wrap in Plastic Sheeting

Encase the glass panels in plastic sheeting, securing the wrapping with pressure-sensitive (PT) tape to provide an additional layer of protection.

Secure Crates with Steel Straps

Fasten the wooden crates with steel straps to ensure stability and structural integrity during transport.
