AR Diffuse Glass

AR diffuse glass (anti-reflective diffuser glass) is a glass designed specifically for modern greenhouses. It combines an anti-reflective coating with light-diffusing technology, allowing more light to penetrate while dispersing it evenly, minimizing glare. It's particularly suitable for growing crops that require intense light, such as tomatoes and peppers. In the Netherlands, 90% of new greenhouses use this glass, particularly in areas with high sunlight. It's particularly effective, ensuring the perfect balance between light and crop needs.

MIGO glass AR coating uses a sol gel nano-coating method, resulting in a longer-lasting and durable coating. This coating reduces reflections from the glass surface, allowing more sunlight to enter the greenhouse and increasing direct sunlight. 1AR-coated glass can increase transmittance by at least 2.5%, and 2AR-coated glass can increase transmittance by at least 5%.

The uneven texture on the surface of diffused glass can change the propagation path of light. When sunlight shines on the glass, it will not allow the light to penetrate directly to form concentrated direct light. Instead, it will "break up" the light into uniform diffuse light through refraction and scattering, so that the light can be more widely distributed in various areas inside the greenhouse.
