Excellent glass performance
At Migo Glass, the low iron solar glass's iron content is 100-120ppm, which is lower than the market's ordinary low iron glass (150-300ppm), the very less iron content can absorp more light and increase the glass light transmittance, and increase the energy conversion of the solar panels.
Strong glass durability
Tempering makes the glass stronger. It can better resist breaking and impacts, while the AR coating is applied to the glass before it is tempered (heat treated) and after the glass tempering, the AR coating won't peel off, they allows the glass to handle tough environmental conditions
Stable supply chain
Migo glass has its own furnace for producing the annealed solar glass, the daily output is 150t, which says 6 containers per day. Our own furnace is able to produce flexible and provides a stable supply to customers.

Migo Glass Packaging
- Glass for solar panels are usually placed horizontally or vertically inside the plywood crates, based on customer needs.
- Moisture-proof paper or powder is put between each glass panel to stop direct contact and avoid scratches on the glass surface.
- Foam padding is added to the inner plywood crates to protect the solar glass from impacts and scratches as well.
- Plywood crates are strengthened with steel straps to prevent glass damage caused by movement inside the container.
- The loading process is carefully planned to optimize the container space and reduce the risk of breakage.
