Migo Glass is proud to announce the successful installation and commissioning of a brand-new 1.7-meter continuous tempered glass production line, further enhancing our production capability for large-size greenhouse glass and solar tempered glass.
This new SouthTech continuous furnace, one of the most reputable furnace brands in China, was fully installed in October and officially went into operation on November 15th, 2025. With a furnace length of 21 meters and a maximum glass size of 2500×1700mm, it represents a significant upgrade from our existing 1.3-meter furnace, effectively doubling our overall tempering capacity.
Enhanced Production for Large-Size and Double-Coated Glass
The new line not only enables Migo Glass to handle larger panel dimensions but also integrates a double-sided AR coating line (anti-reflective coating). This upgrade ensures efficient delivery for over 300,000 sqm of double-sided coated greenhouse glass orders, supporting our clients' growing demand for high-performance glass in modern horticultural and solar applications.

The SaoSi continuous furnace is known for its excellent flatness and optical uniformity, key performance indicators in the production of high-transparency solar glass and diffused greenhouse glass. The system ensures consistent surface quality, haze control, and transmission rate stability, delivering products that meet strict EU and North American market standards.
