MIGO GLASS is currently processing an order of 3.2mm low-iron prismatic matt tempered solar glass for a customer in Kazakhstan. The production is progressing smoothly, with random inspections carried out by our professional quality control team in accordance with established inspection standards.
Solar Glass Quality Inspection Process
During production, MIGO GLASS conducted a series of key quality inspections on the solar glass, including:
- Glass dimension inspection: Measurement of length, width, and diagonal to ensure compliance with specified tolerance ranges
- Glass thickness inspection: Verification of thickness according to project requirements
- Glass flatness inspection: Ensuring surface flatness meets photovoltaic application standards
- Fragmentation test for tempered glass: Confirming tempering safety performance and compliance with relevant standards
Inspection photos were taken during the process, and a detailed Quality Inspection Report will be provided to the customer for review and confirmation.
